Andrew Badstubner

Founder, CEO

Andy has had a career of rapid scale opportunities. He was a member of Siebel Systems’ Expert Services team during the Dot Com boom; during his time there, the company tripled in size. Andy joined Cbeyond in 2001, before the company had revenue; when he left 11 years later, Cbeyond had over $450MM in annual revenue. He was a member of Cbeyond’s technical leadership team through the process of filing for a successful IPO, and later ran North American software development for ista, a major European energy management firm. Andy served as CTO at Kabbage for 2.5 years, during which time the company saw its valuation grow by 400%, to $1B.

In addition to running Amplify, Andy is an active member of the startup community in Atlanta and is the Founder and President of ATL CTO, a networking group for product development leaders.

Hiram Knickerbocker

Sr Consultant

Hiram is an implementation specialist, software developer, and strategist with more than 10 years’ experience. He has led implementation teams on multiple continents in the transportation, logistics, ecommerce, and manufacturing industries. Hiram has also planned, developed, implemented and supported mission-critical software for public and private enterprises.

Before joining Amplify Technology Group, Mr. Knickerbocker served as Senior Consultant with Manhattan Associates, Inc. where he was responsible for designing, planning, testing & implementing complex Omni-Channel solutions for retailers. Hiram has also consulted for SF Express, a leading parcel provider focusing on Pacific Rim deliveries based in China. As consultant, Hiram provided guidance on Integrating new customers and technological processes into the successful, but largely manual process driven parent company.

In previous roles, he has coordinated internal & external implementation teams working in the transportation and logistics space. Hiram was Implementation Engineer at PITT OHIO GROUND, a regional small parcel delivery service. He managed, developed, implemented, & supported internal and external IT systems and provided the innovation to meet and exceed client expectations. He also worked for FedEx in various roles including Sales and Technology Consulting.
